constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not
shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Ireland & Northern Ireland Shipping
● Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days
● Standard shipping fee: €6.00
● Free shipping: Applies automatically to all orders of €65.00 and over
EU & International Shipping
● Delivery time: 5 to 10 business days
● Standard shipping fee: From €12.00
● Free shipping: Applies automatically to all orders of €120.00 and over
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing
your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24
hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Lenka Skin Lab is not responsible for any customs and taxes
applied to your order for non-EU destinations. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the
responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Goods If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of
delivery at info.lenkaskinlab@gmail.com with clear photos of the packaging and product.
