Refund & Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period):

Under EU and Irish Consumer Rights legislation, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your items.

Hygiene & Safety Exclusion (Important Notice for Cosmetics):

Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, skincare and cosmetic products that have been opened, unsealed, or had their protective seals/packaging broken after delivery are strictly excluded from the right of return and refund. We cannot accept returns of any cosmetics that are not in their original, sealed, and unopened condition.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives defective, faulty, or damaged during transit, we will gladly issue a replacement or a full refund.

To claim a damaged or defective item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.lenkaskinlab@gmail.com.

Provide your order number along with clear photos or video showing the damage to the packaging or product defect.

Once inspected and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item (at our expense) and issue a replacement or full refund.

Standard Returns (Unopened Goods):

Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of notifying us. Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping for non-defective items. Returns must be sent to:
